Mikey Vong Lay is a Brazillian Jiu jitsu black belt. Heโ€™s competed at many high level tournaments including but not limited to the asian open, pan-american, and world championships. Aside from competitions Mikey is a jiujitsu coach and has been since he was a blue belt. Mikey comes from a large first gen Asian-Australian family so taking this career path was definitely unconventional, but heโ€™s so grateful to be doing it.
